While she enjoys being in the courtroom, she spends a good deal of her time drafting and reviewing domestic and corporate contracts including separation agreements, asset purchase agreements and employment agreements. Her goal is to ensure that her clients have the proper legal documents to prevent unnecessary litigation in the future. Brittany has assisted numerous small businesses in the Wake Forest and surrounding areas in starting their businesses. She is a resource for everything from initial corporate filings, to drafting company documents, to helping you close on the sale or purchase of your business. Brittany aims to utilize technology to better accommodate her clients’ busy schedules and make her practice as efficient and productive as possible.
Brittany is eager to become more involved in the community of Wake Forest. She is currently participating in Leadership Wake Forest and looks forward to being more active in the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce. Brittany also continues to be involved in the advocacy program at Campbell Law, where she coaches for their competitive mock trial team.
